My original order unfortunately was left on the doorstep by Royal Mail Christmas week while I was at work and was stolen. I got in touch with Cocoba and they replaced it free of charge and did actually receive it Christmas Eve, so had one happy son. I ordered this mug along with the hot chocolate bombs for a Christmas present. The mugs initially were out of stock but when checking a few days later they were back in so I placed an order.
When the mug arrived there was a chip in the text on the front and so I emailed them and they emailed back soon after apologising and stating they would send me another mug free of charge and to keep the damaged one.
