A subscription of two delicious Cocoba chocolate bars, delivered to the door, for just £5.95 every four weeks. Each delivery will offer a chance to taster a bar from our 25 or so different chocolate bars, each made with the highest quality Belgian chocolate.

Please note that the chocolate bar subscriptions are dispatched around the 10th day of each month.  

        All Cocoba orders are protected and packaged using eco-friendly recyclable and biodegradable bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. For more information on our packaging, please read our Environmental and Ethical Statement.

        Christmas Delivery Information

        To ensure the arrival of your order in time for Christmas, we recommend completing orders with our Standard Tracked Delivery service by Monday 18th December 2023.

        After this time, we recommend using our Next Working Day Delivery service and completing your order no later than 11am Thursday 21st December 2023. If your order is placed after this time, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

        Please note: As all our chocolate and hot chocolate products are handmade to order, it might take us slightly longer to dispatch your order during busy times of year, such as Christmas. Please allow 4-7 working days for your order to arrive when using our Standard Tracked Delivery service.

        Orders must be placed by 11am on a working day to ensure Next Working Day Delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to dispatch all orders when requested, we cannot guarantee Next Working Day Delivery if ordered after 11am, or if an order is placed on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank Holiday).

        When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the specific destination. 

        You will be responsible for payment of such import, taxes, Import VAT or custom clearance fees. Please note that Cocoba have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. To understand these charges, you can find more information via the Taxation and customer Union or by contacting your local customers office for further information before placing your order. 

        We understand when sending a gift, you want to avoid the recipient of the gift being charged for the import duties and taxes, so we have an agreed service with DHL where they will attempt to contact you before your gift arrives for payment. This may be via an email, call or text it is important you look out for these, as your gift will be held by customs until paid and if not paid within an agreed time frame will be destroyed. If gifts are not received due to failed payment of duties and taxes unfortunately Cocoba will not refund your order. 

        Additional Information

        We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver our orders to you. Please note a working day is Monday - Friday, excluding UK public holidays. 

        If you have any specific delivery instructions, please ensure you add these to your delivery note at checkout. This could be leaving an order with a neighbour or in a safe place if you’re not home. We will pass these notes on to our carrier to aid delivery – who will then either call the contact number provided or leave a card to let you know where to find your order if it has been left, or what to do next if we have missed you.

        We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the exact address given. Please be sure you give us the correct address before you place your order. If you’re unsure, try the Post Office address finder, as we will not accept liability for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

        We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If however, for any reason you are not happy, please contact us via email at and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.


        We will always strive to deliver your order in perfect condition and on time. If, however, your chocolates are damaged on arrival, we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement product.

        Unfortunately we are unable to refund personalised bar orders, unless they do not arrive within the time frame you paid for, or are damaged upon arrival. For these items, you do not otherwise have a right to cancel your order and we are not otherwise able to offer refunds or allow for a return of those items, in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.

        If you are a consumer and have purchased any of our other products (which are not personalised items), you have a right to cancel the order up to 14 days after you received the goods in accordance with the following provisions. This means that if you change your mind during this time or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep the goods, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order and receive a refund.

        The easiest way to cancel an order is to email us at Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email.

        You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after you let us know that you wish to cancel the order. Please return the goods to;

        Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

        We will process your refund as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of having sent the goods back. If you have not received the goods from us before cancelling the contract, we will make any refunds due to you within 14 days of you informing us of your decision to cancel the order.

        We will refund the price of the products in full. Please note however that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling in a way which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

        You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, unless the products are damaged, not as described or there is a delay in delivery, in which case we will reimburse you for any reasonable costs you incur in returning the products to us (and will also reimburse you in full for the price of the products, together with any applicable delivery charges).

        I got this subscription for my 15 yr old son. It's so nice when it drops through the door. The chocolate is always delicious and occasionally challenging in a good way.

        Excellent, efficient monthly delivery of a variety of different delicious bars to try. Top chocolate overall, although I generally prefer the milk types and use the dark in cooking. As I'm attempting to reduce my sugar intake, please avoid sending too many extra sweet-topped types. I'm not vegan so do not appreciate this sort. Having a reliable monthly subscription is something to look forward to.....thank you.

        Delicious chocolate very smooth

        Our chocolate order arrived promptly enough given the current coronavirus lockdown. The chocolate is very smooth tasting - we received milk chocolate - the quality seems very good. We liked the size of each little piece of chocolate so it was easy to break off an appropriate portion each evening. Also pleased to see that some of the Easter stock was being used up even though Easter has now passed - that pleased me as I hate waste.
        Why not 5 stars? Well, I think it would be nice to perhaps have a variety - 1 milk + 1 dark or darker milk instead of 2 milk chocolate bars. I was also very surprised by the packaging which was much much larger than what was needed meaning additional plastic packaging material was needed inside. I guess this might be ok in my mind if you are reusing some of your supplier boxes - that would please me for sure. But then you need to think about how to reduce the plastic inside - shredded cardboard boxes would be a great option.
