- What’s in the family pack?
Six milk chocolate hot chocolate spoons: two 50g adult-sized spoons and four 33g spoons for little ones. It also comes with a bag of marshmallows to add on top. The pack weighs 282g in total. For individual spoons, see our Christmas Santa Milk Chocolate Hot Chocolate Spoon.
- Why are there different spoon sizes?
The two larger spoons are made for adults, and the four smaller ones are sized just for children, so everyone gets a mug that suits them. It makes hot chocolate time a moment the whole family can share. Our hot chocolate at home guide has tips for making each mug.
- How do I use the family pack spoons?
Heat the milk until steaming and pour a mug for each person, then everyone stirs in a spoon until the chocolate melts. Add the marshmallows from the pack to finish. An adult should handle the hot milk. Our ‘I’m a mug for hot chocolate’ mug is a lovely addition.
- Are the marshmallows in the family pack vegetarian?
Not the marshmallows. The bag of pink and white marshmallows that comes with the spoons is made with pork gelatine, so the pack as a whole isn't suitable for vegetarians. Chocolate should always be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and strong smells. Chocolate is best kept at a stable room temperature and doesn't usually need to be refrigerated, although if you like an extra snap to your chocolate then try it out!
