- Can I choose the colour of the snowman’s scarf and hat?
The snowman wears either a red or green scarf and hat, and the colour is a surprise, so it can’t be requested. He sits on a milk chocolate spoon with a minimum weight of 50g.

- How do I make hot chocolate with the Snowman spoon?
Heat your milk until it's steaming and pour it into a mug, stopping a little short of the rim. Swirl the Snowman spoon round until all the chocolate, snowman included, has melted. Any milk works.
